Terms and Conditions
- An up-to-date vaccination certificate/record must be available for inspection before any cat will be accepted for boarding.
- Cats should be treated for fleas and worms prior to being boarded please. (Any cats found to have fleas/worms will be treated at owner’s expense).
- The proprietor has the right to refuse to take any cat displaying signs of illness.
- The proprietor has the right to seek veterinary advice for any cat which develops signs of illness whilst boarded. The cost of any such veterinary care will be payable by the owner on collection of the cat.
- Cats must be delivered/available for collection in SECURE carriers. The proprietors will not be responsible for any cat which ‘escapes’ from its carrier.
- Un-neutered male cats over the age of seven months will not be accepted for boarding.
Please feel free to bring your cat’s own bedding, scratching post or favourite toys if desired. This will make him/her feel more ‘at home’ and comfortable.
Although not a condition of acceptance, it is strongly recommended that rabbits for boarding are vaccinated against myxomatosis and viral haemorrhagic disease as the cattery is situated in the middle of farmland with an indigenous wild rabbit population.
